How To Manage Table in Access 2007

How to Delete a Table
To delete a table:
  • Open your saved database by clicking the Microsoft Office Button
  •  Click Open
  • Right click on the table you want to delete and choose Delete from the drop down menu

How to Rename a Table
To rename a table:

  • Open your saved database by clicking the Microsoft Office Button
  • Click Open
  • Right click on the  table you wish to rename and choose Rename
  • Type in the new name

                                                              

 

Add a Description to a Table
To add a description to a table
  • Open your saved database by clicking the Microsoft Office Button
  •  Click Open
  • Right click on the table you wish to describe
  •  Choose Table Properties
  • Click the Description text box
